Mentor Programs

Burnham Brown has a significant focus on mentoring programs, including coaching new associates and summer associates.  

We frequently provide summer internship programs which give law students a view of the firm culture and our clients.  Summer associates are provided with personal coaching, hands on training, assignments and feedback, while still incorporating a variety of social events.
