Another Successful Year of GivingAlameda County Bar Association Annual Toy Drive
Once again Burnham Brown participated in the annual the ACBA/AFC toy drive which distributes holiday gifts to thousands of homeless children in Alameda County homeless shelters and other service programs. Last year, the program donated over 5,000 gifts to our county's neediest children. This year as the need became even greater during these unsettled economic times, Burnham Brown stepped up to the challenge and donated $2030 and several bundles of new toys to the homeless children of Alameda County. Burnham Brown would like to thank all those who participated for making this holiday season memorable for so many deserving children. Burnham Brown Participates in the Bridge of Books Foundation's 2nd Annual Raise the Bar Book Drive In October of 2002, the Bridge of Book Foundation held its 2nd annual Raise the Bar Book Drive. Children in homeless shelters, foster care, Head Start, and after-school programs will also receive some of the books.
