Robert M. Bodzin Elected as Educational Program Chair for the California State Bar Litigation Section

After serving for three years as a member of the Executive Committee of the California State Bar Litigation Section, Mr. Bodzin was recently elected as an officer.  Mr. Bodzin is a frequent speaker on panels for best practices in litigation and trial and has been the the co-chair of these events for the past several years.  The Litigation Section promotes excellence in all areas affecting dispute resolution, including the protection of the rights of all litigants, pre-trial discovery, the expeditious trial of lawsuits, alternative dispute resolution, effective judicial administration, uniform rules of court, and the protection and preservation of the independence of a judiciary of high quality.  Mr. Bodzin will hold the position of Educational Program Chair for the Committee through September 2010.
