Burnham Brown Partner, Cathy Arias, Participated in an Informative Panel Discussion of Distinguished Labor & Employment Attorneys for the California Lawyer Magazine.
The panel debated whether student-athletes are university employees, on the impact of recent changes to the Labor Code, the latest round of wage-and-hour class actions, and on key upcoming decisions in cases including Salas v.
